Where is my order sourced from?
We work together with more than 30 exclusive partners and 100 sneaker hunters in order to source your order when placed. Most shoes will be sourced from South-East Asia and shipped from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All payment information is encrypted during transfer for your security.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at info@authentikick.com, but we cannot guarantee modifications after confirmation.
Can I resell the sneakers I purchase from AuthentiKick?
No, products sold on our website are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect are intended for resale.
Why do some sneakers have different product numbers or packaging?
Due to sourcing from various suppliers, there may be differences in product numbers, shoebox designs, or included accessories. These differences do not affect the quality of the sneakers.
Why was my order canceled?
We may cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, resale intentions, or if there are inaccuracies in billing information. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to specified regions. Check our shipping policy for the latest information on available destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on location and product availability. You will receive an estimated delivery window during checkout and a tracking number once your order ships. Usually, sneakers are delivered within a 16 to 28 day window after placing the order.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and details, and we will assist you with a solution.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, including the timeframe and condition of the returned item.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Refunds are issued for eligible returns or canceled orders. Please note that minor differences in packaging or accessories do not qualify as product defects.
Are the shoes sold authentic?
We strive to offer only authentic sneakers. However, as we do not operate on-site warehousing and source our products through external suppliers, we cannot guarantee the absolute authenticity of every pair. We conduct random sample checks to ensure quality and authenticity.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and receive exclusive updates.
